We are working to fulfill our mission to move our available animals into loving adoptive homes. We are open from 10am to 12pm, Monday through Saturday, Also by appointments. If you plan to adopt, you can first view some of our many available pets on our website and complete a pre-adoption application. Once your application is approved, and if you are the first applicant on an available animal, a staff member will contact you via telephone, or email to schedule an appointment to conduct a meet and greet.
AAHS is a No-Kill animal shelter that gives dogs, cats, puppies, and kittens a home until permanent homes can be found. We are currently located in Moline, Illinois. Please take a few minutes to look around and meet some of the terrific animals we have up for adoption. Please consider adopting your next companion from AAHS No-Kill Animal Shelter. We have a few dogs and several cats of all sizes, breeds and colors. If you don’t find a companion animal that is right for your family now, please check back, as we take in new animals often .
